Social tariffs are low-cost broadband and mobile deals for people on a low income or certain benefits. They can help residents stay online for work, learning and keeping in touch.
What are social tariffs?
Who might qualify?
- Cheaper monthly price (often £10–£20 per month)
- Price is more stable and won’t rise mid-contract
- Shorter contracts and lower fees if you need to leave
People receiving (for example):

- Other means-tested benefits
